Requirement:
- A Power of attorney duly notarized and legalized up to the Afghanistan Consulate; and
- Details of Published and yours mark.
- Any supporting documnets showing that mark has been first used by you.

Opposition Procedure:
An opposition petition will be submitted on behalf of the client to Afghanistan Trademark Office along with the supoorting documents requesting to stop further procedure of the published application.
Note:
There will be 26 days to submit the opposition petition against the published mark.
You can download a copy of the suitable Power of Attorney format which may be filled in the highlighted parts and proceed further with the notatization and legalization.
